The last event of the season was held at the prestigious LAC where many of Town’s swimmers were on fine form.  The 200IM saw medals for 10 year old……

Oliver Smith (bronze), 11 year olds Raheel Mahmood (gold) and Lewis Jarrett (silver), 12 year old Danny Moody (silver), 14 year old Daniel Gencas (gold).  The girls’ 200m Freestyle results were 10 year old Lexie O’Connor (gold), 13 year olds Emilia Jopson (silver) and Ruby Guynan (bronze) and finally Georgia Milton claimed gold in the 15+ category.

The boys’ 100m Freestyle gave Gencas another gold, whilst the girls’ 100m Breastroke saw 11 year old Codie McSheffrey claim silver, with 14 year old team mates Holly Hagan taking gold and Amber Mason bronze.

The boys’ 50m Freestyle produced golds for Mahmood and Gencas again, with the girls totting up the bling in the 50m Breastrstroke: gold to O’Connor; gold to McSheffrey; silver to Victoria Dreleva (13); gold to Hagan and silver to Agne Slipityte in the 15+ age group.

50m Butterfly gave Mahmood another gold with Jarrett taking silver.  Moody claimed bronze and Gencas another gold.  The girls’ 100m Butterfly produced a gold for 10 year old Aida Morter, bronze for 11 year old Michelle Vassileva, bronze for 15 year old Isabelle Jopson and silver for Georgia Milton.

200m Freestyle saw 4 medals for Town’s boys: bronze for Mahmood and gold for Gencas.  In the 15+ category Jack Ayling (19) claimed gold with Nathan Banga (15) taking bronze.  The girls’ 200IM saw O’Connor take another gold and Morter bronze, Hagan gold and Mason silver and in the 15+ age group Amelia Moule (15) silver and Georgia Milton bronze.

100m Butterfly produced another gold for dominant Mahmood.  Town’s 14 year olds claimed a 1,2,3 finish courtesy of Gencas, Jospeh Frost and Luke Marney.

Lucia Fulton (9) picked up the brtonze in the 100m Backstroke, Vassileva claimed bronze, Dreleva silver and Mason gold.  The boys 50m Backstroke saw Mahmood claim yet another gold medal with Jarrett taking silver.  Gencas took yet another gold for his effort, whilst Aaron Wilson (16) claimed silver in the 15+ category.

50m Butterfly gave O’Connor bronze, 11 year old Sophia Moule silver and Dreleva gold.  The boyd’ 50m Breasstroke gave the gold medal spot to Jarrett and Gencas.  The Girls’ 50m Freestyle saw Sophia Moule take gold, Dreleva gold and Amelia Moule bronze.

The boys’ final event, the 100m Breaststroke produced a gold for Jarrett, a silver for Moody and another gold for Gencas.  The girls’ last event, the 100m Freestyle, saw Sophia Moule claim bronze, Dreleva silver, Hagan gold and Amelia Mould silver.
