As always, you are warmly invited to attend to hear about the Club’s achievements over the last year and plans for the future, to share your views and to vote on membership of the Club Management Committee.
The final Accounts are with the Auditors at present and will be available at the AGM. In the meantime, if you would like to see a copy of the draft Accounts please email the Treasurer indicating your name and relationship to the club.
The committee reserves the right not to respond to questions at the AGM without being forewarned. So if you have any questions for the AGM please send them to romfordtownsc@aol.com by Friday 9th of February 2018
You are also invited to complete (anonymously) our How are we doing survey so that we may gauge your feelings about your club and how it is run. We ask for your frank and honest evaluation. Forms can be passed in a sealed envelope to any committee member or emailed in confidence to romfordtownsc@aol.com
Please be advised that expression of interest for committee roles should be sent to romfordtownsc@aol.com no later than 7 days (16th February 2018) before the meeting.
