Saturday 26th November, saw RTSC host its first ever gala at the prestigious LAC. The competition came from all across London and Essex and made for some challenging swimming. As always, RTSC responded to the heat and came away with some impressive PBs and medals.

Essex ASA Annual Awards
Last Friday Romford town Paralympic swimmer swept the board at the Essex ASA annual awards Rayleigh golf club.
London Regional Senior Winter Championships
The annual Regional Winter Champs took place at the London Aquatic Centre last weekend. Age Groups were classified into 16 and under and 17 and over, with medals being awarded to the top 3 swimmers in each event in each of those age groups.
