Swim Serpentine 1 mile event – 16.09.2017
Last weekend 5 of our Romford Town Masters Swimmers hit the Serpentine Open Water event in Hyde Park, London. Gary Wraight, Sally Deverill, Wendy Hunter and Michelle Curry swam in the 1 mile event and Tom Enright in the 2 mile event – all with solid swims in very cold conditions (15C).

Regional Open Water event at Surrey Quays – 02.07.2017
Sunday 2nd July fortunately brought the sunshine as 12 RTSC swimmers and Head Coach Gary Rogers headed to the murky waters of Surrey Quays. For most of Town’s young swimmers it was their first experience of open water swimming.
