27 RTSC swimmers went to Enfield swim squad’s inaugural junior open meet and made sure it was worthwhile by coming away with the Top Visiting Club Award.

What a day! RTSC’s younger swimmers made an impact at Newham’s Meet. The day commenced with the girls’ 200IM where 9 year old Ella Kilby started things off with a gold. Golds also went to 10 year old Millie Hosler, 11 year old Victoria Dreleva, 13 year old Holly Hagan, 14 year old Georgia Marren and Hannah Binning in the 15+ age group. 10 year old Codie McSheffrey, 11 year old Ruby Le May and Amy Marren in the 15+ age group all claimed silvers with 11 year old Charlotte Day claiming bronze.

Just 10 RTSC swimmers made the journey to Cardiff to compete in the City’s International Pool. In the final weekend of the national qualifying window, the competition was high and the atmosphere charged.

Crystal Palace national sports centre was the venue for the last weekend of this year’s London Age Groups Competition. As with the first weekend, the very best of London’s swimmers were all looking to improve or place in the national rankings; the competition was very high.
