Romford’s younger swimmers headed to East Ham Leisure Centre to face Newham and University of East London Club as well as the London Aquatic Centre team. And they came away with plenty of medals for their efforts!

RTSC Club Champs 2016
Anna-Lucia won the RTSC Club Champs trophy for the girls.
Louis (11), Nathan (13) and Joe (15) all collected maximum points finishing 1st in their respective age groups in all 7 events (400IM, 400Free, 200IM, 200 Free, 200 Breast, 200 Fly, 200 Back). The boys will each keep the trophy for 4 months.
Essex ASA Annual Awards
Last Friday Romford town Paralympic swimmer swept the board at the Essex ASA annual awards Rayleigh golf club.
London Regional Senior Winter Championships
The annual Regional Winter Champs took place at the London Aquatic Centre last weekend. Age Groups were classified into 16 and under and 17 and over, with medals being awarded to the top 3 swimmers in each event in each of those age groups.
